During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the complementary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. the hotel location was convenient, close to the city center and tube station. I liked the big windows in my room that let in plenty of natural light.

I particularly enjoyed the warm service from the receptionists who gave me a free late check-out. In addition, the facilities like the lift, free Wi-Fi, and luggage storage were also appreciated.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, assisting with check-in, luggage, taxi arrangements, and providing information on the best time to visit the Hurtigrutin ferry terminal. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to get up in the morning. I also appreciated the coffee/tea available in the lounge while waiting. The room decor exceeded my expectations, creating a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere.
