The value for money at this place was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and even a fridge and sink. The location was perfect, with a tram stop just a few meters away and lovely shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better if they had included shampoo and conditioner, and maybe some good Norwegian coffee instead of Nescafe.

The owner at Ellingsens Pensjonat was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. Despite arriving late, they made it easy for me to check-in and provided clear instructions. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and upkeep. The location was also great, with a pleasant 30-minute walk to the train station, passing by several major sights in Oslo. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Loved that I could shop till I dropped on Bogstadveien and then hop on the tram just 70 metres away. And with free Wi-Fi, I could show off my finds to the world!

Was so disappointed that I couldn't sit on the stairs and enjoy the view while waiting for my room. So unfair!
