my recent stay in hamn was fantastic, but i senja was even better! the view from our modern suite was breathtaking, overlooking the sea and mountains. the staff was friendly, and emma gave us great hiking recommendations. we even got to see the northern lights from our balcony. definitely coming back!

I had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel in Senja! The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful small harbor and surrounded by the sea. It truly felt like I was at the edge of the world. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which was very convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and take in the breathtaking views.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

A Jewel on the Norwegian coast

We had the pleasure of staying at Hamn in Senja during our 2-week tour of the Northern Cape, and it was truly a gem. Our top floor suite was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and breathtaking views. The meals provided were exceptional, although it would have been nice to see a menu change during our stay. The highlight for us was the Midnight Sun Cruise, where we saw an array of beautiful birds, including majestic Sea Eagles. The activities manager, Heston, made the experience unforgettable. Despite a few minor issues, such as the lack of coat hanging space and a moldy smell in the bathroom, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel for its unique location and excellent service.

What a beautiful and remote location! the fjord view from my room in the morning was absolutely priceless. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering excellent advice on local activities and providing delicious food. I particularly appreciated the complementary mats and towels for yoga exercises, and the access to bikes for a leisurely ride around the countryside. this was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway for anyone who wants to experience serene, natural surroundings while still enjoying a comfortable and welcoming experience.

First, finding the entrance was quite confusing as there was no clear signage to guide me. the lady at reception seemed a bit unenthusiastic and was not very helpful when it came to explaining the layout of the hotel or offering assistance with my luggage.

The staff, food, location, room, activities. Excellent views, tastefully furnished suite with balcony and kitchenette. Good restaurant ambiance. Plenty of water activities. A great place to relax and chill.
