The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the restaurant served excellent food. The activities, especially the well-run dogsledding, were a highlight. Amanda and her team's love for the dogs added to the overall wonderful experience. The service was top-notch, with responsive and polite staff members. Cross-country skiing was a fun and enjoyable activity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The power sockets in the cabins were in hard-to-reach places.

The location of the resort is absolutely stunning, right at the waterfront with an astonishing view of the mountains. The cabins are so close to edge of the fjord that you could almost reach the water from the balcony. The rooms are warm and cosy, with well-equipped kitchens and spacious living rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a great selection of meals and the facilities in the apartments are excellent, allowing guests to cook their own meals.

The path to reception was very icy, making it slightly difficult to navigate.

The restaurant served delicious food, although we would have appreciated more vegetarian options.
