Pros": The value for money was great, considering the clean and spacious room we got. The location was excellent, close to downtown and with superb views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly and helpful staff provided information on local transportation and attractions. Room was clean and quiet, and the location was convenient, close to train and bus stations. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options and restaurant had tasty food and cocktails with a stunning view.

Some construction and renovation work in progress, with noise and unfinished areas visible. Some issues with room maintenance, such as peeling bed head and non-functional lamp.

Spacious renovated rooms, good Wifi, nice breakfast, friendly staff, personal touches for children.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about local attractions and transportation options. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. The hotel was also well-located on a main street, close to the city center and the port. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the fifth floor. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we were impressed with the good choices and quantity of items at the breakfast buffet.

Great location with amazing views. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Linken bar on 7th floor has great views and acceptable prices. Food in the restaurant is really good. Rooms in the old wing are clean and spacious. Convenience of parking in adjacent shopping center. Very friendly staff.

Attentive Front Desk Staff

Even though my room wasn't up to standard, the front desk staff kindly relocated me to a fresher room. They were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for their attentive service.
