stayed here and it was abosultey underwhelming. beds were short and had a torture-like footboard. i expected a room upgrade as i deserve preferential treatment, but no luck. breakfast wasn’t labeled, leaving me to guess what i was eating. just when i thought i might give a good review, the drafts from the old door kept me up all night.

The four-course gourmet dinner was perfectly timed and absolutely delectable, making it a highlight of my stay.

The breakfast items could greatly benefit from clear labeling, as it was challenging to identify some dishes, especially for those unfamiliar with Norwegian cuisine.

Additionally, the friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests.

the room was too small for what I paid, and I expected to receive an upgrade, but no such luck. the dinner took an eternity to arrive, and who has time to wait when you’re here for a getaway? I almost thought of leaving a good review, but every little thing woudl ve been better!

i recently stayed at this hotel in lom, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the beautiful historic buildings and the cozy wooden tub created a unique atmosphere. also, the breakfast was fantastic, with handmade pastries and the option to pack a lunch for hikes!

Absolutely loved the cozy wooden tub! It was a unique touch after a day of hiking. The dinner was grand—so tasty and beautifully presented. Only downside was the room's cleanliness could've used a bit of sprucing up. Overall, a mighty experience!

The chef really impressed us during dinner with an amazing salmon starter and mouthwatering Tuscan beef main, while we also enjoyed a cozy vibe in the outdoor lounge and the peaceful garden. A small note is that it would've been nice to have breakfast items labeled for easy identification, but it didn't take away from the experience at all. Definitely make a point to try the tasting menu. you won’t regret it! 😊
