We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the room we had was lovely with a great view and a nice bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, with free coffee, a fridge, and a place to get hot water. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh bread, meats, fruits, and drinks. The staff, especially the receptionist we met, were extremely attentive and helpful. The location was perfect, being near a major music venue and just in front of the airport bus stop.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of many attractions and activities. We were able to easily explore the city and take part in outdoor adventures. Additionally, the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. One of the best aspects was the complimentary coffee in the lobby, a nice touch for getting energized before heading out.

It felt cramped and didn't provide enough space for all of our belongings. Furthermore, the bathroom was tiny and not as clean as we would have hoped.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect; it's on the main shopping street and within walking distance of all attractions. It's also right on the shuttle bus stop from the airport. We loved the service provided such as dry cleaning, bicycle hire, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle service and wake up calls. Our room was well equipped with all amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, in-room films, free toiletries and more. The breakfast was amazing and staff was so helpful in making our experience enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Scandic in the city center for 5 nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to the marina and tourist information center. The reception staff recommended the amazing Bardus Bistro, which was better than any other restaurant in town. The hotel provided free coffee and tea at the reception, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The rooms were cleaned daily and the wifi was strong throughout the hotel. The airport express bus stop was just a short walk away. a fantastic and convenient stay.

In the heart of the city, close to everything in the Center of Tromso. Huge 'Fjellet' parking house available, albeit confusing.
