We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with tourist areas such as the fish market and tram station just a 5-minute walk away. The convenience of being in the center of Bergen allowed us to easily explore all the attractions this beautiful city has to offer.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a spacious and inviting lobby area which was a nice place to relax and unwind.

The room we were given was outdated and in need of renovation. the furniture looked worn out and the bathroom had several broken amenities.

The hotel's prime location allows guests to easily access all the main events, such as the ferry to Flam for the Norway in a Nutshell itinerary, the hotel's restaurant, and the bus terminal or train station. The rooms are decent, and some even offer a good view. The bathrooms are equipped with necessary amenities, and the service is generally helpful and pleasant. A highlight is the tasty breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the broken fan and malfunctioning temperature gauge mentioned in one of the reviews.

Exceptional gesture from the hotel staff. Our son forgot his keys chain with various important keys, and Ms. Malgorzata Anna Kwiatkowska went above and beyond to find it and mail it to him in Denmark, free of charge. We are incredibly grateful for her genuine kindness and highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely recommend this hotel based on this outstanding experience.
