We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a stunning location. The surrounding mountains and water created a beautiful setting that left us in awe. The hot breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the town. The fact that there was free parking on site was an added bonus. The hotel restaurant had a great dinner menu and the food tasted amazing. The gentleman who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were friendly and chatty, making us feel welcome. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting, delicious food and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Solvgarden. The friendly staff, fluent in Norwegian, were incredibly helpful with car charging and recommendations. The hotel itself had the charming atmosphere of a Norwegian farm mansion, with the convenience of an airport business hotel. The setting, surrounded by mountains and water, was simply beautiful. The kids loved the unique "bed in a wall" and the outdoor playground.
