We stayed in a hotel that was centrally located, with easy access to grocery stores and shops with excellent sports equipment. The room we had was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had a great shower and plenty of hot water. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at the Polfareren restaurant were amazing. The internet worked well, and the hotel had a cozy lounge area where we could relax. The room was opened with a code, which was convenient.

I got great value for my money at Svalbard Hotell | Polfareren. The room was spacious, well-heated, and had all the amenities I needed, including a great view. The hotel's location in the center of town was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Svalbard Hotell for 3 nights in December and it was perfect. The receptionist with the headband and glasses provided fantastic service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was spotless, with thorough daily housekeeping. The location in the town center was ideal, and the breakfast spread was delicious and fulfilling. The lounge with a fireplace and free coffee and tea was a bonus. a new hotel that tries its best to provide a great experience.

We had a very comfortable and clean room during our stay at Svalbard Hotell. The modern design and spaciousness of the room made it a pleasure to relax in after a day of exploring. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a variety of delicious options that were constantly replenished. The nice lobby area with sofas was a great place to unwind and the hotel's WiFi worked well. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay on Svalbard.

The hotel offers a menu with Nordic, French, and Asian dishes, which made me feel like I was traveling the world without leaving my table. The 24-hour reception saved me from getting lost during my midnight stroll in the snow. And let's not forget the free continental breakfast that made me question my real purpose in life - was it to eat all that delicious food or to explore the Arctic?

It was such a shame that the hotel didn't have a private helicopter to transport me around town. I mean, how am I supposed to show off my fabulousness if I have to walk like a mere mortal?
