As young travelers, we loved the hotel's perfect location, close to downtown, tourist attractions, and the train station. The breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the availability of coffee/tea at the lobby any time. The free light dinner was a great bonus. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean with common spaces to relax and play cards. The free amenities like fruits, coffee, tea, and water were a welcome treat. We felt at home here and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Thon Hotel in Trondheim for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere during my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel's location is excellent, with the main shopping area and attractions like the Cathedral within easy walking distance. Additionally, the "light evening meal" was surprisingly good and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options. The small, yet well-appointed rooms and the heating in the bathroom made it convenient for drying laundry.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city center, with the main train station just a few minutes away. The only downside we encountered was limited seating during peak times, as it seemed there was a popular event happening. However, we still highly recommend this place for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and incredible breakfast.

The breakfast at Thon Hotel was absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was within walking distance of the train station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to another Thon Hotel we had stayed at previously. We were pleasantly surprised and glad we didn't cancel our reservation. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the shower in our room was functional, it was on the smaller side and a bit difficult to use. Adjusting the water temperature was a bit of a challenge due to the hard-to-turn valve.
