I had a really enjoyable stay at this place. The hotel is located in the center, making it convenient for exploring the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. The room service and housekeeping were always prompt and efficient. I loved the welcome drink that was offered upon arrival, it was a nice touch. The hotel also had tours and ticket assistance which was very helpful in planning my day. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The dining area was lovely and the breakfast served was excellent. the staff and facilities of this hotel made my stay here a memorable one.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, directly on the harbor, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. The rooms are comfortable, with adequate space and neat, clean bathrooms. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to customer needs. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, smoothies, and hot and cold options. The hotel also offers good internet connectivity.

The hotel parking is limited, which may require guests to park off-site and unload at inconvenient locations.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Harstad. the reception staff was very friendly, especially the male staff member who checked us in. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room on the 6th floor had a beautiful view of the harbour, with a small balcony to enjoy it from. the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the bus station and ferries, making it easy to explore the area. the room itself was clean and cozy, with plenty of space for our luggage. We were also pleased with the delicious breakfast options, especially for non-vegans. the hotel even had a surprisingly good vegan mud cake available. it was a wonderful stay and we hope to return one day.

The breakfast buffet at Thon Hotel was absolutely amazing. The selection was beyond anything I've ever seen or tasted before. The service in the hotel restaurant was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible breakfast and friendly service.

Excellent breakfast and convenient location. Beautifully decorated reception area with complimentary coffee and tea. Fresh fruits and vegetables served in a lovely dining room. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was modern and stylish, which I really appreciated. the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. the staff was friendly and helped us with recommendations for things to do in the area. the breakfast spread was good and we were able to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.

The hotel location was not ideal. It was situated on a busy street, which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep at night.
