Upon arrival at Trudvang Gjestegaard, I was warmly greeted by the owner who immediately made me feel comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and I had no trouble connecting to the wifi. I appreciated the owner's attention to detail, such as having coffee ready for me before my early ferry departure. Despite the need for a new bed and some extra pillows, my overall stay was pleasant and the hotel's location was convenient. The highlight of my visit was the delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The hosts were friendly and the food was excellent, providing great value. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Larvik.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff allowed us to have early breakfast since we had to leave early. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the city center.

The armchairs in the halls were a bit old-fashioned, and the wooden stairs creaked. there were limited TV channels available with no English ones discovered.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I was impressed by the value for money; the prices were reasonable considering the location close to the ferry to Denmark. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the room had a balcony, which was a nice touch and provided a great place to relax. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and made for a great start to the day.

The breakfast offered a variety of fresh and delicious options, satisfying our morning cravings. the personnel spoke multiple languages, making communication effortless.

The road works in the area caused some confusion when using Google Maps for directions.
