I stayed at this place and loved it! The location is fantastic – so close to the mall and an easy walk to the botanical gardens. Plus, it was so convenient being right next to the train station. The room was spacious and comfy, with underfloor heating and a nice sitting area. And the room service was great – they even did our dishes!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good location near Riccarton Mall. Room was modern with a kitchenette and bathroom. Owner allowed late check out and stored our bags. Bedding was comfortable with a possible silk duvet. Easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the railway station, shopping mall, and various shops and eating places. We were able to easily explore the city as everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was also in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations for dinner. a convenient and pleasant experience. However, the uncomfortable sofa was a downside.

The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable and hard, making it difficult to relax.

Great location near mall, friendly staff, clean and refurbished room, spacious bathroom, good shower and water pressure, courtesy car.

As young families, we loved the friendly and helpful owner who made us feel welcome. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The owner even allowed us to keep our bags in the room after checkout, and he went above and beyond by driving us to our next destination nearby. Such great service!

I had a pleasant stay at 123 Motel. The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily, providing fresh towels. The selection of TV channels was good, which kept the kids entertained. The shower was hot and powerful, providing a refreshing experience. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to Riccarton mall and there were plenty of good eateries nearby. The reception was quick to respond to our delayed flight and check-in was smooth. The hotel also had convenient and free parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the shower/bathroom was lovely. The location was super close to Riccarton Mall, which was really convenient for us. We were able to easily access the hotel facilities and enjoyed the off-street parking. The transportation options were great, with the Orbital bus right outside the mall. Plus, the hotel was within a short walking distance to the train station. The staff were accommodating, even allowing for a late check-in.

There was nothing we didn't like. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Had a lovely city break with excellent accommodation. the room was clean and tidy, with a modern bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette. We were impressed with the bathroom space and appreciated the daily continental breakfast that was delivered to our room. the location was perfect, surrounded by transportation options, local attractions and shopping hubs. the laundry facilities were fantastic, giving us the opportunity to refresh our clothes without any hassle.

The beds were not up to our liking, too hard and spongy which made for a restless night's sleep. Unfortunately, the traffic noise from the nearby main road was also a bit of a nuisance.
