I absolutely loved this place! The location couldn't have been better- right in the center of the city shopping complex! The room was so spacious and was equipped with everything I could possibly need, from an ironing board to an electric kettle. The service was exceptional, with room service and daily housekeeping ensuring that everything was always perfect. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any queries I had. And the free Wi-Fi was a real bonus- I was able to stay connected even while I was away!

Great location next to shops and cafes, but not on a busy street. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a kitchenette and comfortable seating area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The price was also very reasonable.

The lounge area was a bit noisy for sleeping, could benefit from curtains to block out street noise. The bedroom could be colder as the heating did not reach it when the door was closed.

During Easter, my stay in this hotel was enjoyable. The rooms were nice, clean and had lovely bed linens. I appreciated the complimentary umbrella and milk, which were thoughtful touches to make my stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect, as there were many reasonably priced restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were welcoming and friendly.

There were a few negative aspects to the hotel. The wifi was limited to only 2GB per day, which was inadequate for a family with kids.

Stayed in room 303, well-appointed and comfortable with a kitchenette and couch. Staff provided excellent service. Convenient location near shops, cafes, and hospital. Great price. Some undercover parking available. Very clean premises and accommodating host. Spacious, modern, and well-equipped rooms. Received a call about forgotten items.

The lady at reception was very nice and very accommodating when I asked for an early check-in. The rooms were so clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel in the middle of the city center was perfect for popping into the shops and easily exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Our stay at 315 Euro Motel & Serviced was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Dunedin Hospital and the university. We found a great selection of reasonably priced restaurants nearby and the main shopping precinct was just a short walk away. The reception staff, especially Joanne, were extremely friendly and accommodating. Joanne went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing helpful information about the city and even allowing us to park on the property after we checked out. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from the streets and lack of room to walk around the bed, we were overall very impressed with our stay at 315 Euro Motel & Serviced. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dunedin.
