We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were really friendly and very keen to help with any request. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfy. We also loved the fact that they were pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our dog along with us. The location of this hotel was also perfect for us, as it was close to shops and public transport. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Some miscommunication between staff members led to a delay in airport pickup and confusion regarding a late checkout request. More efficient communication and coordination are needed to avoid such inconveniences.

We were given free transportation to the hotel and the Wi-Fi connection was free and worked well. the motel is located in an advantageous position, close to the mall and with a bus stop nearby. the air conditioning was working great, making the room really cool.

The staff was uninterested in our presence and not very polite. Their attention was on someone they were talking to on the phone in a foreign language, completely ignoring us.

When we arrived at 315 Motel Riccarton, we were greeted by the friendly and welcoming Lillian at reception. She even upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment, which was a delightful surprise. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated with modern and stylish furnishings. It was also spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the nice amenities such as delicious coffee and luxurious toiletries. The shower had excellent water flow, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with plush pillows. We also had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing. My 11-year-old son loved it so much that he asked if we could come back again next time we visit Christchurch. The reception staff, including Casper, were equally kind and helpful. our stay at 315 Motel Riccarton was superb, and we will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at 315 Motel! The location was great, just a short 15-minute drive from both the airport and the city. The free airport shuttle service provided by George, our host, was a huge plus. The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking or ordering takeaways. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We also appreciated the on-site parking and the convenience of nearby entertainment and shopping facilities. great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at 315 Motel Riccarton! The ground studio we stayed in was modern and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, and we loved the touch of having after-dinner mints on the table. The shower was hot and powerful, and the provided toiletries were of high quality. The bed, although a little firm, was comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows. The heat pump heated up the room quickly and quietly. The location was also great, very central to where we needed to be. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the friendly owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Not only did she pick us up from the car rental depot, but she also booked a taxi for our early morning airport trip. The self-catering apartment was absolutely amazing; it had two bedrooms that were well-equipped and beautifully decorated. We found it to be much better than a traditional hotel.
