Picture this: waking up to Esther's freshly baked muffins and ending the day with an evening sky high on wine and chocolates. the rooms are as comforting as nonna's hugs, with heated floors for toasty toes. Plus, hosts lend out e-bikes for a waterfront ride, molto bene! the local restaurants like the Nautilus and Drift Cafe within a stone's throw make this spot a culinary treasure.

If we had to nitpick, we'd say. Nothing!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The house and rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately presented. The breakfast options were outstanding, with delicious homemade baked goods and a great coffee selection. The location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Plus, the hosts provided e-bikes for guests to use, which was a great way to explore the area.

There was nothing negative about our stay. Everything was perfect, from start to finish.

I had the most incredible stay at 415 Marine Parade! Tom and Esther truly go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the spotless rooms, every detail is taken care of. the luxury amenities, fresh breakfast options, and homemade goodies provided daily made me feel so pampered. the view of the beach and the sound of the crashing waves made for a perfect night's sleep. I can't recommend this place enough - a beautiful experience overall.
