the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful experience in Kaikoura.

No air conditioning, however, they provided extra fans for comfort.

The comfy beds and beach proximity set the scene for a ripper stay. the Pier Hotel dinner was a culinary knockout, too! Not to mention the renovated two-bed unit ticked all the boxes with its modern vibes and lush gardens.

The motel was so clean and fresh, and the owners were the nicest and most helpful folks we've come across in a while. Our unit was comfy and had everything we needed, and the gardens were lovely with a cute little playground for the kids. We did notice that the manager seemed a bit off with us, not as friendly as we remembered from previous visits, making us wonder if things are changing around there. 🌿.

The owners were friendly and welcoming. Clean room. Option to inspect larger room. Good quality and insulated building. Hot showers with plenty of water. Quiet and efficient heater. Nice view of the Kaikoura mountains and sea. Fully functional kitchen.

My recent stay at Admiral Court Motel was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. the motel is situated in a quiet area away from traffic noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and I appreciated the in-room drink making facilities and small fridge. the motel is conveniently located just a short 3-minute walk from the beach and the charming Pier Hotel, where the owner recommended an amazing dinner.

I got great value for my money at Admiral Court Motel. The room was clean, cozy, and had lots of natural light. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Kaikoura mountains and sea from the front porch. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information about local hikes and restaurants.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

Guest laundry available. Comfy bed. Patio with seating. Close to good restaurants with harbor views. Easy access to seal colony and coastal walk. Highly recommended.

The motel complex was great. the room had windows on 2 sides, giving it a light and open feel. the staff were friendly and helpful, even pointing out dolphin swimming opportunities. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and seal colony.

I was in a unit underneath where the staff lived and the building would move when they walked around, which was a bit unsettling at first. It would be great if they could soundproof the floors to avoid this issue.
