The location couldn't be more perfect, with stunning views overlooking the bay. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, with generous portions. The outdoor seating area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The WiFi was a bit problematic and took a while to get resolved.

Situated in a convenient location, this motel offers a lovely view from its units. Despite the rooms being a bit tired, they provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The units are equipped with good heating and offer room service daily. guests have access to SkyTV, movies, and WiFi. The motel also has a small restaurant on-site, although availability may be a concern.

There were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, including spiders, cobwebs, and a rusty shower head.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Bay Motel. the location was amazing, with stunning views of 90 mile beach from our balcony. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including Sky TV with all the channels. the staff were welcoming and helpful during our check-in process. Plus, the on-site restaurant with a stone-grill was a great bonus for us. It was perfect to have our meal served while also having the option to cook the steak exactly how our kids liked it. We especially enjoyed the convenience of our room being located right next to reception and being able to park our car right in front of it.

The room had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and clean with a spacious wet shower. The dinner at the onsite restaurant was fantastic and well-priced. The kids enjoyed their meals too. a comfortable and clean place with amazing views.

the location was ideal, with breathtaking views of the ocean. the accommodation and restaurant prices were unbelievable, offering incredible value for money. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even surprised my husband with a stunning birthday cake. the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and I appreciated the detailed email I received with directions due to road closures. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotelier was extremely helpful in accommodating our requests. the room we were given had a fabulous view of Ahipara beach and Shipwreck Bay, and we could hear the soothing sound of the surf. We were more than happy to pay the extra for such a wonderful experience.
