I had a fantastic experience staying at a lovely and friendly place in Napier. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early so I could freshen up before attending a funeral. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-serviced daily. The little extra touches, like fancy folded towels, made me feel welcome. The location was also great, with easy access to the estuary and beach. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as some issues with the shower temperature and the shower head not staying in place, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable room in Napier.

The location of this motel is fantastic. It is close to good restaurants on the wharf area and near the airport, making it so convenient for exploring and dining. The rooms are a good size and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering nice touches like giving milk on arrival. the motel is close to everything, including many restaurants to choose from.

The noise from neighboring rooms and the lack of soundproofing can be a bit bothersome.

Great location near the beach and the airport - perfect for a city trip. the views from our room were amazing and the bed was really comfy. We loved the fact that our room had all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave and toaster which made a huge difference.

The room was slightly noisy due to road noise and the fridge was a little loud at times, but this didn't disrupt our sleep. the bathroom was a bit on the small side, but still very clean.

Superb staff, clean rooms, modern, good price, comfortable beds, great view.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful estuary with amazing walk and cycle tracks. The sunset was spectacular! The staff were warm and friendly, and the owners made me feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The hotel also had some great amenities, like a BBQ area and a spa & wellness centre. it was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

the motel, conveniently located close to town, was easy to find and had a beautiful view of the estuary just across the road. the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the owners were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. They even provided us with a training room, making our stay even more special. I would definitely stay at this motel again when visiting Napier in the future.
