the staff at alpine lodge backpackers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay in queenstown even better than the last time. the comfortable beds and clean common areas made for a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and the fast and free wifi was a great bonus.

I had a peaceful stay at Alpine Lodge Backpackers. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The showers were hot and the facilities were well equipped. I would recommend this hostel.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it's close to the quiet areas and communal spaces. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms have a 24-hour kitchen and even offer breakfast.

Everything was in order.

Convenient location, 5-10 mins from supermarket, bus stop, and gondola. Quiet atmosphere with great rules and cleanliness. Two lounges, kitchens, several bathrooms, and washing space. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and reliable WiFi. A bonus: a lovely cat to greet you in the morning and evening. 👍

The hostel had good Wi-Fi and the common areas were relatively clean. the location of the hostel was convenient as it was within walking distance to a grocery store and other important places. the hostel had a nice reading area with natural lighting, which was great to relax in.

The staff was extremely rude and not attentive to the guests' needs. the room was not cleaned properly, and the sheets were left on the floor while making the beds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This place is conveniently located close to the center, making it easy to explore the city and all its attractions. You can also enjoy the quiet area nearby for a peaceful retreat. The communal areas are great for socializing and meeting new people.

The lack of lockers in the rooms is a downside for those who value security and privacy.

The location of the lodge was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. We were able to easily find parking nearby, which was a great convenience. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information. The room we stayed in was small but perfect for our needs, and both the kitchen and bathroom were kept clean and tidy.

We did experience some issues with the bathroom. There were a few maintenance jobs that needed attention, such as fixing loose tap handles and a noisy water hammer in the building.
