Magnificent Vineyard Setting and Outstanding Hospitality

This charming estate offers a serene vineyard location with beautiful gardens, a delightful breakfast and wine goodies upon arrival, and a BBQ area and bikes for exploring the nearby wine trail. the hosts and staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. One improvement could be clearer property signage for easier navigation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The host, Barry, welcomed me with a bottle of wine of my choice. The Riesling room I stayed in was huge, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view of the gardens and vineyard. The room also had a small kitchenette where I could prepare my breakfast, which was provided. The hotel also had a heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and comfy beds. Bryan, the host, went out of his way to provide our group with bikes for cycling the wine trail. the hotel had great facilities and a friendly staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at River Estate in Waipara. The accommodation options were beautiful, and I was particularly impressed with the Riesling suite. The suite was well-equipped and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The selection of breakfast items provided was excellent, with gluten-free options available. The location of the estate was remote and peaceful, surrounded by trees and away from any highway noise. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend River Estate for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

My only small complaint was that the suite layout in the Riesling room was slightly inconvenient. To access the bathroom, all guests had to walk through the second bedroom, which was a bit unfair for those sleeping in that room.
