Great value for money, the room was fully equipped and clean, with stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the town center, and the staff, especially Jude, were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right on the lake shore with stunning snow-capped mountain views. It was just a short drive or a beautiful 15-minute walk to the town center. The apartment was spacious and filled with natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The staff, from the manager to the rest of the team, were friendly and provided excellent service. We especially appreciated the daily room service. this place exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Queenstown truly memorable. We can't wait to come back!

The only downside we can think of is that the hotel is so perfect for families that we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Queenstown. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The swimming pool, spa bath, and sauna were a fantastic addition to our xmas stay. the beds were comfortable and the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. the location was convenient, close to both the airport and the town center.

Our experience was marred by a couple of issues. there was a lack of contingency when the water was unexpectedly turned off for 8+ hours.
