The location of this motel is fantastic, as it is just a stone's throw away from the beach. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy a day of sun and sand. Additionally, there are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. The motel is also close to a busy main road, but despite that, the noise from the big trucks rolling by is not a problem.

There were some guests who were quite noisy and disruptive during the early morning hours.

We had a very pleasant stay at Apex Motor Lodge. The comfortable beds allowed us to get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Nelson. The location was ideal, with the beach and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the staff were approachable and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Nelson.

The location of this hotel is excellent - it is very close to a busy main road, within walking distance of the beach, and close to the airport. The staff here are amazing, providing top service and being very helpful with information about local attractions and restaurants. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a separate bedroom and a new super comfy bed. The breakfast provided was also great, offering a generous amount of delicious food.

Only one minor thing that could be improved - providing WiFi as part of the room rate would be more convenient for guests.

We had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel. the room was recently renovated with a super comfy bed and eco-friendly bathroom products. the customer service was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating owners who provided laundry services when we needed to dry our kayaking clothes. the location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant.

the front reception staff were not as friendly as we had hoped, and the office and kitchen shelves could use some cleaning. We also had some concerns about the sliding door lock, which didn't make us feel as secure as we would have liked, especially at night.
