Omg, 😍 the room with a balcony facing the mountain view stole my heart! the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. Only downside was the small bathroom.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the room was not only spacious but also well-equipped with special touches like welcome treats. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was top-notch, with a wide selection of delicious items. the vintage style of the property added a unique charm, and we especially loved the mini courtyard in our room.

One thing that could be improved is the reception process. There were times when we couldn't find anyone at the reception, which left us feeling a bit confused and unattended.

I felt like stepping back in time exploring the gold mining history and quaint cottages. the outdoor patio was a lovely escape. the short walk rewarded me with delightful choices in town.

I enjoyed the amateur detective game of finding the missing receptionist when checking in and out.

the homemade treats and fresh fruit were a nice touch, and the gardens added to the relaxed atmosphere. Being close to historic landmarks like the Chinese Settlement and the Arrow River made exploring with my daughter even more enjoyable. A wonderful home, away, from, home in Arrowtown.

Spent the new year at this boutique hotel and it was amazing! the room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was mouth-watering with lots of variety. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants and is situated in a peaceful area. the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made us feel right at home.

The bathroom was a little small, but that was just a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

A quiet picturesque stay with views to garden and mountains behind. A thoughtful gift of wine, chocolates, and a cheese platter was a lovely touch. As was the arvo tea with delicious cake AND the delicious breakfast spread by the fire. Also enjoyed the big bath!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the center of Arrowtown where we found plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. The garden views from our balcony added a touch of tranquility to our stay. And the breakfasts served in our room were nothing short of amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to some great restaurants in Arrowtown and up to the memorial on the hill. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom and great shower. The service was exceptional, with the owners being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast brought to our room was beautifully presented and delicious. We also enjoyed the fresh fruit and cold water in the lobby.
