This place was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I especially loved the spa corner bath in my room, it was so luxurious and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience here.

The location was perfect for me as it was close to the main shopping centre and just a short walk from the town centre. The room was stunning, with a fresh smell and a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a spacious changing area. The staff were lovely, providing snacks upon arrival and departure, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The parking right outside the room was a bonus.

The one minor issue was that the window in the room did not block out all of the noise from passing cars, particularly one with a loud exhaust. However, the comfort of the bed made it easy to ignore the noise and fall asleep.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they go above and beyond to meet guests' requests, such as providing an iron and early check-in.

The cooking utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen could benefit from an upgrade, as some were falling apart and the non-stick fry-pan wasn't non-stick anymore.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly owner. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The parking was convenient and the staff provided snacks. The room smelled fresh and was very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. highly recommended.

The location is great, away from the bustling night scene but still near town. I enjoyed having a TV in the kids' room and a comfortable setting with essential amenities.

I would have preferred not to have the room tidied during our stay as I felt like some chores that were exclusive to me were taken care of.

The powerpoints next to the bed were a convenient feature during our stay at Ashbrook Motel. We also appreciated the full-length mirror in the bedroom. The size of the room was spacious and the aircon in the living room/kitchen area worked great. The kitchen was well-equipped and everywhere was clean. The location, although not within walking distance to attractions, was decent and easily accessible with a car.
