The motel's location is very convenient, being close to the main highway and within walking distance of the main center and shops. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of wardrobe space. Guests can enjoy facilities like a fully equipped kitchen, heated swimming pool, and access to Netflix.

Some guests have mentioned that there may be some noise from passing trains, especially for rooms near the front of the motel.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start. They even went the extra mile to ensure my comfort by providing milk for my hot drink and turning on the heater in the room to combat the chilly weather. The room itself was tidy and clean, with a spacious spa bath that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything I needed, including grocery shopping and laundry facilities. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing by the pool. my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Comfortable Bed & Good Location

We had a good stay at this motel during our city break. The bed was very comfortable and made our sleep great. The location of the motel is good, as it is close to many interesting places in the city. , the owner's dog was a friendly companion during check-in.

The check-in process at this motel needs improvement. One staff member was rude and unwelcoming, and the experience was unpleasant.

My recent stay at the Regency Motel in Ashburton was fantastic! The one-bedroom unit exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and all the amenities I could ask for. The TV in the bedroom and power points next to the bed were incredibly convenient. The heat pump kept the room cozy, and the shower was excellent. The motel's cleanliness and tidiness were impressive, and having a parking spot right outside the unit was a big plus. The location was also great, and I had a wonderful time exploring Ashburton. I highly recommend the Regency Motel for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
