The manager, Mel, was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, she provided us with helpful information about the region and was friendly and efficient. She made our stay at Asure unforgettable. The room was also impeccably clean and well-presented, earning a solid 10 in cleanliness and presentation. We were also impressed with the spacious and comfortable family room, perfect for travelers with a lot of sporting equipment. Additionally, the premises had 24/7 CCTV, ensuring the safety and security of our vehicle.

Who doesn't love receiving freebies? During our holiday, we were delighted to find that some of the amenities in our room were complimentary! We also liked the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily access the town's restaurants and shops. our room was spacious and had an adequate amount of natural lighting.

One irritating aspect of our stay was the lack of steady wifi, which kept dropping even after reconnecting multiple times. To compound things, we were woken up by the loud garbage trucks that collected the rubbish from the area early in the morning.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, so close to everything. It was reasonably close to the Waitomo caves, which was a big plus for me. The staff here were great, providing excellent service from room service to housekeeping. The room itself was fantastic, with amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The bed was really comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. the quality and comfort of this place exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is perfect for families! They have everything you need, including a child's toilet seat which was absolutely perfect for my toilet training 3-year-old.
