We got great value for our money at the Chelmswood Motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view and free bike rentals. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel instantly welcomed and at home.

The room amenities were great, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free wi-fi in rooms. The outdoor dining area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The two bars of soap were a nice touch and the complementary water bottle was appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk around and explore. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a major issue and made it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning was quite loud and made it hard to relax and enjoy the stay.

Despite not having breakfast included, the set up and security were commendable, giving us peace of mind for our packed car. Spacious 2-bedroom unit with a large loungeroom, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the natural hot water pool, although controls were difficult to access. Convenient parking with extra spaces available. A great destination in a beautiful location.

The motel is conveniently located, close to shops and a lovely pathway around the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good TV reception. The staff is helpful and the thermal tub is a nice amenity for relaxation.

Overall cleanliness could be improved with better carpet maintenance and removal of dead insects in cobwebs.
