We had a great family stay in a modern area with plenty to do. The location was perfect, close to activities and the area we were visiting. We also found some very good restaurants nearby. The rooms were tidy and comfy, with spacious apartments and comfortable beds. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the free unlimited wifi was a great plus.

The shelf in the shower needs upgrading.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was right alongside a State Highway, making it incredibly convenient for our road trip. The hotel provided exceptional services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, the sitting area and garden furniture provided a lovely space for relaxation.

Quiet room, good bed size. Back sliding door opens for sunshine. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Great location for catching early ferry, easy access from motorway. Lots of parking, suitable for bigger vehicles. Close to shops and riverside for dog walks. Comfortable, spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff, quick room change upon request. Easy walking distance to train stations. Passing trains and traffic not disruptive. Easy access to and from SH2.

Our New Year's stay was enjoyable due to the friendly and helpful staff, who allowed us to store some items in the freezer. the location was also convenient, being close to major transportation and attractions. the rooms were impeccably clean.

The noise from the nearby train track and highway did disturb our sleep, so if you're sensitive to noise, be aware. However, we understand this is not the fault of the hotel, and it did not detract too much from our overall experience.
