The location was perfect, with a nice stroll to town. Beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning, with birds singing in the morning. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a BBQ that was cleaned daily. The owner was informative and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the beach and the main shopping area of the town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautifully finished apartment nestled in the trees. The bathroom had lovely views and a nice big bath to soak in. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a pot of Manuka honey as a thoughtful gift. The free WIFI was a bonus and the place had a very good feel to it.

The price of the room was higher than initially quoted, causing frustration and inconvenience.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, offering a variety of utensils and appliances to meet all of our needs. The balcony with the gas BBQ was a great plus for outdoor cooking, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was situated in a peaceful area, situated conveniently close to a supermarket and town center.

Traffic noise disturbed the tranquility of the apartment at times, especially during the day, making it difficult to rest. The lack of mosquito mesh on windows was a problem at night without mitigating measures like repellent.

We had an amazing stay at Bay Of Islands Holiday. The service was incredibly friendly and the price was just right. The apartments were spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the free WIFI and the little pot of Manuka honey was a delightful touch. The overall vibe of the place was really good and we'll definitely be recommending it to others. Great value - especially off peak and for 2-3 nights. Stayed in apartment 4 for 3 nights. Very easy walk to town. Next door to Action World - ideal for families. Landscaped gardens and native bushes surround the apartments, providing a tranquil setting. The apartments are well-equipped with their own BBQs and a complimentary laundry for guests. The outdoor spa, exclusively for apartment guests, is a great plus. The location is convenient, with a supermarket across the road and the beach within walking distance. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, offering discounts for NZMCA members. I highly recommend Bay Of Islands Holiday Apartments for a wonderful stay in Paihia.

There were some minor maintenance issues, such as a faulty toaster and a slow-draining shower, but they did not significantly affect our stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in Paihia! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and even a rainforest. It felt like a secluded paradise, yet it was conveniently close to a large supermarket. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable sitting area. I especially enjoyed the private balcony, where I could relax and take in the stunning views. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
