My family of 4 loved the clean and cozy room. the peaceful setting made for a relaxing stay, despite the occasional static shock dance! the sunset views over Waikawa Bay were pure magic. Can't wait to return for some more sun-soaking and bird-watching fun. A Kiwi's dream come true, mates! .

We stayed at a modern, clean, and well-facilitated unit at Bay Vista Motel. The location was excellent, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the Southern Island of New Zealand. Our room was heated before our arrival, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We loved sitting on the private balcony with a breathtaking waterfront view of the Bay, surrounded by the sounds of native birds and running water. Highly recommended for all travelers.

The staff was friendly with lots of smiles and quick check-in. the view was great, from the third floor, overlooking the water. the location was convenient to where my business was taking place.

The rooms were outdated and the beds just didn't make for a good night's sleep. They were lumpy and the pillows were flat.
