Despite being a budget-friendly option, this hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the comfortable rooms and good facilities provided. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and we particularly appreciated the good water pressure in the showers. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, with easy access to eateries, shops, and even beaches. It was also a short distance from the city center, making it a great base for exploration.

Our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at a motel in this city. The hotel was clean and tidy with great facilities, such as a brand new kitchen sink cupboard, a full-size fridge, and a washing machine in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with extra towels and change for the dryer. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, beaches, and shops in south Dunedin.

I had a really pleasant stay at Bayfield Motel And Apartment. The kitchen facilities were excellent, with a full-size fridge, oven, and plenty of cupboards. I even had a brand new kitchen sink cupboard! The beds were super comfortable, and the TV was modern with Sky TV. Plus, having a washing machine in the motel was a huge bonus, especially for a big family like mine. The location was central enough, making it easy to explore Dunedin. I would definitely recommend this affordable accommodation with great service.

The price of the accommodation was really good and it had a decent location. the fact that it had a fridge and an oven helped because we could cook some meals ourselves. the beds were clean and comfortable.

The motel was really old and needed some serious renovations. the bathroom was in bad shape and the shower was leaking.
