i was pleasantly surprised by bella vista. the older style motel was well-maintained and comfy. the owner’s hospitality was exceptional, even allowing an early check-in without extra charge for my well-being. grateful for the kind gesture. the modern studio was clean, spacious, and had great amenities, including a good selection of tv channels. located centrally, close to eateries and a park with hot springs. overall, a fantastic stay with great value.

We enjoyed the convenient location to the Aquatic Centre for the water polo tournament and the cleanliness of the modern studio. the staff were exceptionally hospitable, allowing an early check-in without extra charges, and even rearranged things to accommodate our needs.

For us, it was less than satisfactory overall.

Staff greeted my old parents kindly on our first stay. the motel has everything I need - Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Flat-screen TV, Air conditioning. Coming back for another trip with peace of mind.

We were able to easily explore the fascinating thermal old town and even take a stroll down Eat Street. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated across from a free geothermal area, which was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always available to assist us with any questions or recommendations. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. We also appreciated the secure parking provided.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the slightly awkward entry due to the corner location and traffic lights, most cars willingly backed up to allow us to enter. Another minor issue was the breakfast, which was only provided for one person even though two of us checked in.
