Nothing, no complaints at all

We had a fabulous stay at this motel! The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even let us borrow their mobile phone in case of emergencies while hiking. The room was modern and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The shower had amazing water pressure and there was a fan in the wardrobe to keep us cool. The motel offered free parking and it was an easy walk into town.

One minor downside was the lack of a sink plug initially, but the staff promptly provided one when we asked.

Cleanest units, friendly & helpful staff. Booked separate from friends but ended up next door. No noise & far from road. Had everything we needed. Extra milk given. Accommodated late arrival. During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the level of customer service at this motel. The friendly staff provided us with complimentary drinks upon arrival and even helped us plan our day trips with great recommendations. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. What we loved most was the clean and modern room equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One downside we noticed during our stay was the limited space for outdoor seating. The parking area was situated slightly higher than the ground-level rooms, which meant all we could see was cars from our bench.

They even called me within minutes of checking out to let me know that I had left something behind. It's rare to find such attentive service from a hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

We stayed at Bella Vista for one night as we passed through Taupō with our young daughter. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The motel is conveniently located near shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. Although the room didn't have air conditioning, there was a fan provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating. we had a great stay at Bella Vista and would highly recommend it.
