We stayed at Fino Hotel & Suites for the NZ poker champs and the location was awesome, very close to the casino. The apartment was nice, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were great and the hot breakfast off the menu was yum and reasonably priced. The smart TV was excellent and the hotel was in a handy location to restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the CBD, making it very easy to access all the attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful giving great recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The luxurious and clean rooms have everything you need, from equipped kitchens to fabulous balconies, making them perfect for longer stays. Additionally, the spa is phenomenal and worth visiting if you have time.

The car park is a bit small and during busier periods, it can be difficult to find a spot.

Great central location within walking distance of major attractions. Rooms were tastefully furnished and included all necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and spacious living areas made for a pleasant stay.

Surrounding area was quite desolate due to nearby construction. The lack of a heater made the room uncomfortably cold.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The room was so much bigger than we expected, with a full-size fridge, washing machine, and plenty of outlets everywhere. The soundproofing was also incredible - we didn't hear a single noise from outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city.

There were a few minor issues with the hot water and heating, but overall this place was great and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The amenities were top-notch, including a restaurant and bar, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The frontdesk ladies were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed after a long drive. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the city. It was also conveniently located, only a short walk to downtown. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Had a good time during Christmas. the room was large and spacious providing enough room for us. Location was ideal close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee sachets.
