The hotel's check-in closure was flexible to accommodate our late arrival. The beds provided a comfortable sleep for two nights. Kitchen facilities were available, though we didn't use them. The location offered easy access to the freeway and Cook Strait ferry service. Covered parking was convenient.

We had a great stay at Best Western! The location was perfect, close to shops, food, and the train station. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is pretty close to the ferry terminal, which was great for me as someone with physical handicaps. it is located in the Johnsonville shopping area, so I had easy access to various amenities. The proximity to Johnsonville train station was a major advantage, as it only took me five minutes to reach it.

There were instances of noise disturbance from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall peace and tranquility of the stay.

Friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms, well-equipped bathroom, convenient location near the motorway and ferry terminal, plenty of parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and there were shops nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and facilities like a jacuzzi, which added to the overall relaxation of our visit.

Great location, close to mall and amenities. Handy for those travelling to Cook Strait ferry. Rooms were well-appointed and spacious. Parking area was ample and convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The bathroom tiles were a bit unclean in parts. The car park spaces were quite small and the street to turn into was awkwardly placed.
