The hotel's check-in closure was flexible to accommodate our late arrival. The beds provided a comfortable sleep for two nights. Kitchen facilities were available, though we didn't use them. The location offered easy access to the freeway and Cook Strait ferry service. Covered parking was convenient.

We had a great stay at Best Western! The location was perfect, close to shops, food, and the train station. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is pretty close to the ferry terminal, which was great for me as someone with physical handicaps. it is located in the Johnsonville shopping area, so I had easy access to various amenities. The proximity to Johnsonville train station was a major advantage, as it only took me five minutes to reach it.

There were instances of noise disturbance from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall peace and tranquility of the stay.

Friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms, well-equipped bathroom, convenient location near the motorway and ferry terminal, plenty of parking.

The bathroom tiles were a bit unclean in parts. the car park spaces were quite small and the street to turn into was awkwardly placed.
