The scones at this cozy retreat were a standout favorite and the hosts, Denise and Malcolm, were delightful. The garden overlooking the bay was a peaceful haven, and the breakfast spread was top-notch. The bathroom being a few steps outside was unique but added to the charm. Would gladly return for the warm hospitality and serene surroundings.

Staff recommended great eateries during my first visit. With Wi, Fi, free parking, outdoor dining area, and a flat. Amenities like an electric kettle and VIP check, in/out make me keep returning. Booked for New Year; can't wait! .

The accommodation at Bird Haven was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly baked red velvet cupcakes waiting for me on the kitchen bench. The attention to detail throughout my stay was impeccable, including the lemon/honey spread for breakfast that added a delightful touch. Speaking of breakfast, it was a feast for the senses with a variety of fresh cut fruit, homemade yogurt, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with slippers and robes provided for ultimate comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking, and I enjoyed spending time in the peaceful outdoor space. Despite the private bathroom being outside the room, I appreciated the thoughtfulness of having a dressing gown and slippers available. The hosts, Denise and Malcolm, were wonderful people who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. I truly cannot say enough about my experience at Bird Haven Bed & Breakfast. Our hosts were so warm and welcoming, just like a comforting homemade cake on arrival. the view from the room was like a painting come to life, with birds flitting around like little entertainers in a show. Breakfast provisions were like a delightful surprise waiting to be unwrapped.
