Our stay at this cozy motel was amazing! We had a room with water views which we loved. The amenities in the room were just what we needed and the motel was just a short walk away from great restaurants and shops. We did have a noisy neighbor, but other than that, our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this motel.

Located right in the heart of town, this delightful motel is just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and business/entertainment area. The ferry terminal is nearby for those interested in a tour of the surrounding area. Rooms are well-equipped with all amenities including a fully-furnished kitchenette, and comfortable beds. Staff provide prompt and friendly service. Setting is perfect for relaxation and accessibility.

Our room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including the excellent water pressure in the shower and the nice furnishings. We really appreciated the screens on the windows, allowing fresh air to circulate freely on hot nights. The location was perfect, as it was within a short 4 to 5 minute walk to the center of town. Furthermore, we were able to park our car safely on-site.

The motel is conveniently located close to The Bay of Plenty, main shops, cafes, and restaurants. You can easily explore the area without having to travel far. The rooms are tidy and serviced daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The decor is simple yet tasteful. the staff are friendly and accommodating.

We loved staying at this place as it is located right in the heart of town making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were wonderful and even helped us plan our trip to Cape Reinga. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Uno de los mejores aspectos fue la amabilidad y el trato personal de los propietarios, quienes desde el principio me ayudaron con indicaciones sobre aparcamiento y llegada, especialmente en esta parte antigua de la ciudad. La limpieza y el cuidado del hotel fueron impecables, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy cómodo durante toda mi estancia. También destacaría las vistas espectaculares desde la habitación, desde donde pude disfrutar de un panorama impresionante del entorno, especialmente del lago de la ciudad. Además, el desayuno que ofrecían era fantástico, con una gran variedad de opciones y deliciosos productos locales como el pan frito de la región.

Friendly manager, gave good recommendations. Well-maintained facilities, spacious rooms. Great value for money. Nice big comfy bed. Convenient location. High ceilings gave a sense of space. Staff very friendly and efficient. Owner welcoming.

Great location close to everything. the rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we had complementary hair dryer and ironing board, which saved us a lot of space in the luggage. Being able to heat or prepare our food was also a big plus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we returned late at night. We felt safe and taken care of.

The bathroom handrail was quite old and rusty, not very pleasant. There wasn't a couch in the bedroom to relax and watch TV or have a drink, which was a bit of a downside.

We had a great stay at this centrally located motel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager Paul made us feel very welcome. The rooms were well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The motel had onsite parking, which was convenient for us as adventure travelers. We appreciated the little details like nice toiletries, a fan in each bedroom, and extra blankets for our comfort. The small heater in the lounge kept the compact apartment warm. a comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed.
