As longer term business travellers, we loved the little extras provided such as filtered tap water, toiletries, and make-up remover wipes. The TV in the bedroom was a nice touch, and the accommodation itself was lovely. The friendly staff and convenient location made our stay even better. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros of our stay at Brougham Heights Motel: Fab location, clean rooms with good appliances, cooked comfortably. Big room, with very comfy armchairs, dining table and heated blanket on bed. Big bathroom too! Glad there was parking, could walk to all amenities nearby.

The motel's location in the city center is a major advantage, as it is within a couple of minutes' walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach promenade. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the proximity to national parks allows for easy access to natural attractions. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, such as a spa bath and comfortable beds, ensuring a relaxing experience.

The hotel only offers a limited amount of free internet per day, with additional data being quite expensive.

Had an awesome New Year's experience! the two complimentary bottles of champagne were a really nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. Plus, the big bathroom with the spa bath was amazing! Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel really at home.

The lounge chairs were really uncomfortable and we didn't feel like we could relax as much as we wanted to. the room had a strong smell of carpet cleaner which bothered us a bit.

For the price we paid, our stay at this motel was definitely worth it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the main street, coastal walkway, and the famous wind wand. The staff was lovely and provided great service, even offering us two keys and a small bottle of milk for our tea.

It was perfect for a rainy day when we wanted to stay in and cook for ourselves. the location was also fantastic, with the town center and great restaurants just a short walk away. the manager was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
