The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to supermarkets in the area. We found this to be a great advantage for picking up any necessities during our stay. the hotel had a beautiful view of the canal running along the back of the house, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the outside seating area while having a cold drink and watching the sunset. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh juice and eggs. We also appreciated the convenient location near great restaurants and attractions.

The room was uncomfortably warm during the night, even with the fan on. We didn't realize we could open a window until after we left.

From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of this hotel. The luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities were beyond our expectations. Our room was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the private facilities were truly exceptional. The service was impeccable, and our every need was fulfilled with ease. The beautiful garden area and sun loungers were perfect for a relaxing day in, and the location advantages made exploring the area effortless.

We can hardly fault this hotel, however, the temperature in our room did become quite warm during the night. Although we had a fan, it was unfortunate that we did not realise the windows could be opened.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Aquila Bed & Breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious and beautifully detailed property located right on the Waterways. Paula & John, the hosts, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Whitianga was unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the transportation service they provided, taking us to dinner and picking us up. The next morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and perfectly cooked eggs. We highly recommend Casa Aquila to anyone looking for a special and memorable experience. Five stars, without a doubt.
