I had a wonderful stay at the Chateau On The Park - Christchurch, A Doubletree By Hilton. The tranquil setting just 15 minutes from the airport was perfect after a long journey. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the grounds were gorgeous and well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Despite the initially basic appearance, the room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The restaurant offered excellent food at a good value. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Our recent stay at DoubleTree By Hilton in Christchurch was absolutely fantastic. We stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to find and offering easy access to the CBD through the nearby park. The beds were seriously comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. A special highlight was Gary the cat, who added a delightful touch to our stay.

I loved staying here! It was so great being close to the botanical gardens and park. The room was really comfortable and there were so many amenities available. The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

Our room was spacious and had a huge bed, with plenty of space to move around. Plus, the free WIFI was a bonus. The hotel is also surrounded by beautiful park-like surroundings, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind.

During our Easter stay, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, macarons, and a cake as a honeymoon treat - a first for our entire New Zealand trip! the hotel's beautiful gardens were definitely the highlight with its lush, colorful flowers that made the public areas a delightful walk-through attraction. the hotel's strategic location, near public parks and botanic gardens, makes it perfect for nature lovers.

the air conditioning in our room was not working well and we had to change rooms on the second day. the round suite we stayed in was spacious but lacked proper furniture, making it feel bare and unwelcoming.

During my backpacking trip, I stumbled upon a cozy hotel with a convenient location to explore the city. The restaurant on the second evening was a delightful surprise, nestled in the charming rose garden. The room was clean and tidy, providing a functional space for my needs. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even upgrading my room multiple times. The facilities were top-notch, with friendly notes left by the staff and a beautiful garden view.

There was a rude staff member who mishandled an issue with the room door, which was concerning.

the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived. they even gave us drink coupons to use while we waited. the buffet breakfast was awesome and the location near the park was perfect. we wished we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The location was fantastic, with beautiful gardens and the convenience of being able to walk to town or the hospital across the park. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We can't forget to mention the delicious latte at breakfast, definitely worth the extra charge. One day, we hope hotels include a breakfast latte in the cost. the hotel had a lovely, bright, and airy feel that we enjoyed.
