Great place to stay just off Cuba Street. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a simple, functional layout. We loved the comfortable bed, big fluffy towels, and the nice plunger coffee. We also appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The parking was a huge bonus and our dog was made welcome. Despite being centrally located, the cottage was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Wellington.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The cottage was spacious and had a comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Having a well-equipped kitchen was also great, especially if you prefer to cook for yourself. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out simple.

The foldout couch was not very comfortable, but it was still manageable. Also, the noise level could be an issue if you are a light sleeper, as there was some noise coming from outside in the evening. However, this was balanced out by the convenience of being so close to the action in the city.

The location of the cottage is fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant Cuba Street precinct. It's just a short walk to all the major attractions and the charming cafe district. Plus, having a private parking spot is a huge convenience, especially for those who need to take care of business chores in the city. The cottage itself is cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. It's a great place to base yourself for a few nights and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city center.

The lack of comfortable seating options in the evenings, especially when the sofa was made into a bed for a third person. It would have been nice to have some additional comfy chairs to relax in after a long day of exploring the city.
