Great location, close to everything. Friendly staff. Nice room with balcony as requested. Highlight was the bathroom and comfy bed, with amazing shower! Free underground parking. Spacious and clean room. Helpful check-in. Warm and spacious room with comfortable bed. Lovely balcony for breakfast. Awesome cooked breakfast delivered on time. Unexpected treat with mini bar. Off-street parking with easy access. Double booked room resulted in upgrade to larger room with twin king size beds. Excellent service! Safe car park with lift access.

Great location! We were able to explore the city centre easily without having to travel too far. the staff were welcoming, helpful and approachable. the room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary facilities we needed to relax after a long day of exploring. the view from our room was also a nice surprise.

The outdated decor. the carpets and furniture were clearly old and worn which brought down the overall appearance of the room.

With fast, free Wi-Fi and a choice of amenities such as a pool and balconies, this hotel truly offers a pleasant experience for guests.

Some maintenance issues were noticed, such as broken window catches and curtains.

Luxurious amenities were a highlight of this hotel. In-room breakfast was a divine experience with a variety of options. The private facilities were exclusive and well maintained. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. The location advantages made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

One minor issue faced during my stay was the absence of an outdoor swimming pool. However, this minor issue was balanced by the other luxurious amenities this hotel had to offer.
