Excellent location, close to main street shops and restaurants and just a block from the lake. Spacious rooms with separate kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly staff and beautiful views. Perfect for light sleepers.

The location of this motel is perfect, as it is in a quiet area close to the town centre. You can easily walk to all the attractions and shops. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen area, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The bathroom is clean and the shower is excellent. The staff is very helpful and the housekeeping is great. There is also a beautiful stream and garden area where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue.

One downside is that there are no lifts, so if you have mobility challenges, make sure to request a ground floor room.

I had a fabulous stay at Clearbrook Motel & Serviced Apartments. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the brook. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from Lake Wanaka and the shops and eateries. The kitchen was well-appointed, making it convenient for cooking meals. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the check-out timing and limited place settings, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I highly recommend Clearbrook Motel & Serviced Apartments for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The two bedroom unit was spacious, warm & clean. The view was amazing and it was only a short walk from town. The spa bath was excellent, especially with the chilly weather.

It was unusual that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided and I didn't like the liquid shower soap on the wall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right by a beautiful stream. The service and housekeeping were excellent, making sure that everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and dining table were especially nice touches. I also appreciated having a patio where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, and the soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the leisure garden area was a lovely place to unwind.

This place was spotless and cozy, with beautiful scenery. The staff was extremely friendly and informative, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants. Our bed was super comfortable, and we slept like babies. , we loved the fact that we had a well-stocked kitchenette with everything we needed for our stay. It was a great addition to the breathtaking surroundings.

The shower was a bit of a letdown. It had low water pressure and was not quite what we expected.

The location of this hotel is truly stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and a beautiful stream running through the property. It is conveniently close to the supermarket and the town center, making it easily accessible. The rooms are well-appointed, with full-size fridges and clean washing machines and dryers. The heated towel rails and makeup wipes provided are a nice touch. there is a small lockable room outside, perfect for storing ski equipment during the winter.

There were some noisy neighbors at times, but this is not a reflection on the hotel or its management.
