We stayed at a motel right on State Highway one, close to town centre. The room was spacious and quiet, with a clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They even cleaned our windscreen without us asking. It was convenient to have a restaurant within walking distance. The motel was right near a railway line, which could be a bit noisy.

The motel had a vague damp feeling, and the wetroom in our unit flooded everywhere.

The room we stayed in was a good size and had a decent sized TV. There were also electric blankets on the beds to keep you warm during the night. the motel was conveniently located close to a main road, which made it easy to find. It also had a well-equipped kitchen cupboard.

We had a terrible experience during our Christmas stay. the motel room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Brown Sugar Cafe for breakfast is highly recommended. The friendly owners and convenient location made it a great stop. The spacious, quiet rooms ensured a peaceful stay.
