I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I was on a road trip from Wellington to Rotorua and this place was conveniently situated just outside of town. The service was top-notch, with the hotelier being friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a decent-sized television. I especially appreciated the heating and electric blankets, which made for a cozy and warm stay. We stayed at a motel right on State Highway one, close to town centre. The room was spacious and quiet, with a clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They even cleaned our windscreen without us asking. It was convenient to have a restaurant within walking distance. The motel was right near a railway line, which could be a bit noisy.

The motel had a vague damp feeling, and the wetroom in our unit flooded everywhere.

The room we stayed in was a good size and had a decent sized TV. There were also electric blankets on the beds to keep you warm during the night. the motel was conveniently located close to a main road, which made it easy to find. It also had a well-equipped kitchen cupboard.

We had a terrible experience during our Christmas stay. the motel room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.
