We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The room was warm, clean, and modern. It was also incredibly quiet, thanks to the double glazing and its location off the main road. The newly renovated 2 bedroom unit exceeded our expectations, with its high standard and excellent amenities. We loved having a plunger coffee in the morning, a great heat pump, electric blankets, and two TVs, including a massive one in the lounge. The hotel also provided good wifi, Netflix, and normal TV. Parking outside the unit was convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location was fairly close to the city center and Queen's Park, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions and activities we wanted to.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located motel, close to everything you may possibly need. The room was spacious, clean, and newly refurbished with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The bathroom had excellent gas-powered showers with great water pressure. The large TV in the living room was perfect for relaxing and watching Netflix. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this motel.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, perhaps due to the mattress protector taking away some of its plushness.

I had a quick in and out stay at Colonial Motel and it was totally hassle-free. The check-in and check-out process was easy, all done online. When I arrived, the place was ready with the heating on, making it cozy and welcoming. I didn't even see or meet the owners/operators, but everything was well taken care of. I'll recommend this hotel for a convenient and stress-free stay.

Plus, the unit was really spacious and clean - we especially appreciated the comfortable beds. a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations.

Although most aspects of our stay were positive, there were a few minor issues. The shower water splashed everywhere due to the design, and the bathroom felt a bit dated.

We had a great stay at a motel in Invercargill. The staff were friendly and upgraded us to a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms had everything we needed, including TVs, electric blankets, and blackout curtains. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and there were excellent laundry facilities. The motel was close to a beautiful park with free attractions for children. it was a quiet and fantastic value for money.

We loved staying here. The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet, it was a real getaway. The service we received was fantastic; staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, from towels to flat-screen TV. We especially appreciated the sitting area, which was so cozy and comfortable. We even got to enjoy the garden furniture outside, which was a lovely extra touch.
