When I arrived in the city, I didn't have a reservation, but I quickly emailed the hotel and Tiffany, the manager, responded promptly with detailed instructions on how to catch their on-call shuttle bus. The shuttle service was excellent, taking me to and from the airport and even to nearby attractions like the Atlantic Centre. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring that guests had easy access to transportation.

I unplugged the alarm clock in the room because it unexpectedly went off during the night.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel significant. The recently renovated Kowhai wing offered comfortable and peaceful rooms with great sound-proofing. The restaurant dinners were delicious and we appreciated the complimentary drink. The hotel went above and beyond in taking care of our needs, including finding another room last minute and organizing a wheelchair for my father. The service from Elliott and Ben was excellent, driving us to the airport and providing late check-out without any extra charges. The chef even specially made scrambled eggs for our toddler. The service overall was sweet and caring, truly impressive and something to be proud of!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for travelers. Its close proximity to the airport is an advantage, with a free shuttle service available at all hours. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and great showers. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. There is a swimming pool and sauna area for guests to enjoy, and even a history of the hotel depicted on the foyer wall. The hotel also offers a complimentary drinks voucher for guests to redeem.

The pool and sauna area closed shortly after check-in, preventing guests from fully enjoying those facilities.

We had an amazing stay at Commodore Airport in Christchurch. The reception girl was incredibly helpful, giving us detailed directions and showing us to our tidy room on the third floor. The bed and bath were great, and we loved the special touch of Sir Edds tractor in the lobby. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner, making our stay even more enjoyable. I won't hesitate to choose this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Christchurch.

Recently stayed at a hotel near the airport with a beautiful garden and modern facilities. the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna were all very nice. the restaurant offered a good meal and the free drinks vouchers were a nice touch. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the shuttle service to the airport only took 5 minutes.

We spent this Thanksgiving in a cozy hotel with outstanding service. the room was very well designed, with all essentials from a kettle to a comfy bed and great shower. We had an amazing view of a peaceful and shaded courtyard, perfect for sharing meals and drinks from the adjacent restaurant. Another advantage was the 24h free shuttle service to the airport, which made our arrival and departure very easy. We also appreciated the delicious complementary breakfast and the surprise presents in the room that made us feel very welcome.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were some small issues. the bedding options seemed limited, as it was either sheets or a heavy duvet, with no option for a summer-weight cotton blanket.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location just outside of the airport was super convenient, and the 24/7 free airport shuttle made our early morning flight stress-free. The service here was exceptional, with staff explaining how to use transit to get downtown and providing great service in the restaurant. The welcome drink was a lovely touch and the room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and luxurious toiletries. We also appreciated the in-room air conditioning and comfortable sitting area.

I had a fantastic stay at the Commodore Airport Hotel. the location was brilliant, only a 5-minute drive to the airport, and they even had a 24-hour shuttle service which was incredibly convenient. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean. the hotel had great facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a laundry facility, which we made full use of before our long flight home. the in-room dining was also a highlight, with a good variety of options to choose from, and the service was prompt. the Commodore Airport Hotel provided excellent value for money.
