The location was perfect for our needs, allowing us to easily walk to the foreshore and gardens for the light festival. The staff, especially Ilia, were incredibly helpful during check-in and provided great advice on local attractions. We were also impressed by the fabulous food and coffee options nearby. Additionally, having delicious drinks available right next door was a definite plus. Distinction made our stay memorable.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to visit the nearby theatre, explore the city attractions, and enjoy the beautiful beach and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities such as a spa bath and good beds. The staff provide excellent service, from the helpful reception desk to the friendly cleaning lady who understands the needs of young families.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything in the CBD. There were plenty of good eateries nearby and we even had a night club right under the hotel, making it convenient to enjoy the nightlife. The service provided here was exceptional, with dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. Our room was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. We were also delighted by the complimentary toiletries and the electric kettle provided for our convenience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the on-site car park, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room at Distinction was cool and comfortable after a long drive. The bed was a cozy retreat, perfect for a good night's sleep. Also, I appreciated the fact that there was a fitness center available for those who wanted to use it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Distinction Hotel in a lovely room for two nights. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet, conveniently located near the town center. The restaurant served a delicious and reasonably priced meal. I always choose Copthorne Hotels as they consistently provide comfortable beds, free wifi, and attentive service. Can't recommend highly enough!

Loved the Thanksgiving break at this hotel! the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They offered complimentary breakfast and evening snacks, which was a lovely touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed our spacious and well-appointed room, with a stunning view of the area. What a great place to stay!

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the bathroom fan was quite loud and would go on randomly, which was a bit annoying.

Friendly staff, but room not ready as promised. Comfy beds, stand-alone shower, and great shower pressure. Nice view of city from 3rd-floor window. Good location near bars, cafes, and shops. Staff accommodated late arrival.
